有很多初学者还不知道SAP博大精深,SAP发展到今天已经有一千多本教材不仅仅只是R/3里那些传统模块的东西了。而在国内现在普遍出现的培训内容还大多数是R/3里的内容,其实就是R/3里的内容也已经扩展出各行业的特殊解 决方案比如石油与天然气的解决方案、汽车行业的解决方案等等。在这浩瀚的管理系统中,哪些是我们能正确选择的方向学习以及在今后的工作中应用的呢?这里我 只能粗浅地和大家分析一下。
国内SAP的发展和应用水平应该是比西方发达国 家晚三年步伐,可近几年可算是突飞猛进了,从这点来看我觉得初学者如果能够有前瞻选择概念的话,应该选择今后会在国内火起来的功能应用系统,比如:CRM、SCM、PLM等作为咨询顾问职业竞争相对少、起点较 高的系统去学习。我有个朋友,也就考过一个CRM里的服务功能的PA证书,马上就在一家知名外企找到很好职位的工作,这点正说明前瞻性功能模块的人才在国内的吃香程 度。我现在看到的所有打算学习和正在学习SAP知识的朋友们百分之八十以上都在往传统模块的领域挤进,能人多了必然要挑你的工作经历和项目经验。
那么什么样的人应该选什么样的方向去学习SAP 的知识呢?学过什么?工作都干过什么?这两个问题你要先回答出来,一个学文科文秘的人去选择学习IT技术要求很高的 BW那显然是不合逻辑的,有个学员就是这样 的案例,学了几个星期还是云里雾里的迷糊着,根本不知道也想象不出星形结构是什么东西。按一般经验你的学历和你的工作经验应该按以下对应表去对应:

有人问:你说的这些内容有的在国内根本没有培训机构开始这些课程,我怎么学习?这个问题确实很实 际,不过也有解决方案,那就是在网上找资料自学。如果你立志要往SAP方向发展,就没什么不能解决的了。
国内 的学员有个误区,觉得学习SAP就一定要学好ABAP, 其实SAP精髓在Functional 其次才是Technical,就拿学习BW的学 员来举例,要想做一个出色的BW顾问你是要将你BW的Technical的能力结合你后来对FI/CO的Functional熟知和理解才能如虎添翼,而不是你要把ABAP的code 写的左右逢源。要知道你的最终梦想是金领而不是IT蓝 领。

而,要成为一名CFA并非易事, 必须经过学院统一组织的严格考试。应考人员至少应有大学学历,但可以不具备证券投资实际经历,这很类似于我国的"律师资格考试"、"会计资格考试"制度。 考试分三个水平等级,各个水平分别出题,每一水平试题又分为上午和下午题各三小时。应考人员每次只能选其中某一水平的等级考试。候选人要想通过资格考试至 少要三年,且考试内容具有较高难度。虽为非学历考试,但由于CFA发起者"金融分析师联合会"的权威和影响,以及获得该资格后享受优厚的待遇,所以考生趋 之若鹬。
