I am writing to inform you that a mount  of dirt is on Queen Street. I think it is due to the fact that one of our neighbors is reconstructing his / her garden and drop that dirt on the street accidentally. However, he / she does not deal with this issue immediately. Consequently, the dirt spreads everywhere and affects our community dramatically. 

I believe that the dirt introduces certain risks to our community as it is slip. In particular, it creates dust when cars come across. It is also dangerous for pedestrians passing the street. In this sense, it should be soloved immediately. 

I suggest that the council should take the responsibility to clean the street as it requires stopping the traffic for a while. In addition to enforce our community safety, I think it is necessary to investigate this issue and give a warning or even a fine to the resident who creates this fault. It would be also a good opportunity for council to educate residents if this issue publish on the community news.

Television has been used as an important tool to spread cultures since the last century. It brings about certain drawbacks and numerous benefits to culture development. I tend to believe that TV plays a crucial role in culture development. 

To begin with, Television is the most efficient way of culture communication. Compared with other traditional media tools, TV gives human vivid pictures and sound effect when it delivers its programs. Different people have different ability to understand

1、Some people think we should keep all the money we earn and not pay tax to the state. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Tax is allocated for government for many purposes. Some people believe they should get what they earn and not pay the tax. However, I tend to disagree with this opinion as tax is contributed to our infrastructure, cover our health and education expense, and protect our nation and economy.

To start with, government use tax to improve our community infrastructure, such as high way, pipeline and power grid. Many infrastructure projects require initial funding that comes from tax before they can be operated by private companies. Also, citizens can benefit from the facilities that be funded from tax. For instance, gardens or art galleries cannot run probably if they cannot get the monetary assistance from government. 

In addition, tax is often contributed to improving people's life quality. Some dwellers may not receive basic education if citizens don't pay for the tax. In terms of health care, modern medical system advocate that citizen can benefit from the tax they pay as they can get free medical coverage if they are ill. The best example to illustrate this would be U.S.A, all the citizens can get the basic public from government since they pay the tax.

Finally, in the macro perspective,  collecting tax money is a feasible way to defend our countries and keep our economy stable. It is reasonable for governments levy a tax on individuals as governments pay as a whole. Given modern reality, if government cannot get sufficient tax, this may lead to unstable factors such as terrorism or economy downsizing.

Overall, tax is needy for governments. Thus, all citizens who live in their centuries should pay for tax so that government can pay for public services.
